Senses spa offers Ancient traditional treatment. Ayurveda- a science of health and beauty originally practiced earlier than 5000 years ago in Sanatan civilization. We use warm oil mostly with organic herbs for those treatments. Acupressure method is used in concentrated areas of body.

2. ABHAYANGA THERAPY

Abhayanga means full body massage in Ayurgedic term. Effleurage technique is applied in beginning of massage applying warm herbal oil. Long deep stroke are used in slow paces during the massage. Whole body is massaged with reasonable pressure with thumb, and palm. Client gets free from all tension on body and mind after this treatment.

3. AROMA THERAPY

Aroma therapy is a wellness relaxing full body massage. Aromatic fragranced oil is used for this treatment with light medium and soft pressure according to client wishes. Warm fragrance gives deep relaxation. Clients can choose fragrance according to their taste.

4. AYURVEDIC BODY SCRUB

A body scrub stimulate circulate and clearness the body through exfoliation, removing the dead surface layer of the skin. it bring a glow to the complexion and stimulate new skin growth.

Deep tissues massage is alternatively known as tiger point massage. High pressure applies by thumb and elbow to relief muscle tendon. Apparently this massage helps tense muscle to get relaxed and blood circulation flows normal.

Lomi lomi is Hawaiian word traditionally used as for massage treatment which means “to knead, to rub or soothe. It is shamanic healing massage with Kahuna Hawaiian music. Professionally trained therapist performs the treatment with the flow of energy in a dancing way. Basically, a long stroke with underarms is used during treatment that brings clients into deep relaxation.
