Code of Conduct
Applicable for all Spa visitors (including spa workers)
Reservation policy:
Front desk (spa reception) is available to answer your all queries to make your spa visit comfortable and assisting you in your any difficulties. Spa front desk take reservation, payment and guide to fill up the consultation form before treatment.
Reservation:
Please make your reservation for any spa and wellness services in advance by telephone, email, online or by personal visit.
Cancellation policy:
Kindly inform minimum two hours prior to your appointments in case of cancelation or reschedule it. Eating, Smoking and use of Alcoholic drinks are strictly prohibited in spa premises.
Mobile:
To prevail serenity and calmness we advise to turn your mobile phone in silent mode after entering to Spa area.
Personal belongings:
Guests are advised to secure and take care of personal belongings valuables or please inform our front desk to keep it safe. Otherwise management will be not be responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced items.
Steam shower and Sauna:
Kindly be mindful of the time that you spend in Sauna, Shower, and Steam considering that other may be waiting for their spa appointment. In case of any inconveniences, please inform to Spa reception.
Steam and Sauna Time:
- Guests are strongly recommended to follow fowling sauna and steam using timetable for health risk issues.
- 15 minutes session inside, 15 minutes rest outside.
- Use it for maximum 3 times for single visit.
- You are recommended to use maximum once in a week.
Guest code of Conduct:
- Senses spa and wellness pays high respect and dignity to our guests in return we expect from the guest to treat our therapists with equal measure of dignity and respect. At the same time refrain from making any verbal or physical advantages that are of an inappropriate manner.
- Our therapists are well trained and professional. Senses spa and wellness has zero tolerance policy for any unethical or inappropriate contact with guest and therapist.
- Notice of such behaviors are unacceptable which may lead termination of therapists and permanently band in spa for the guests.
